Welcome to True Lebanon
After reading many articles and constantly following up on current local news, I have become more than fed up with the ruling tyrants in our country -- who have caused many problems to us in the past and continue to surprise us with their violent and brutal atacks -- on political leaders and other people who try to speak out against them seeking a sovereign and independent country. For this special cause, I have decided to build this website and reach out to the people who are blinded by the truth, and to encourage the people into taking action against Syrian hegemony and tutelage.
First of all, I would like to show you this flag as a reminder of how our heroes strove to fight for independence, and as a reminder that with unity, they were able to succeed. Second of all, I wish all of you to do the same and unite with one another in order to fight for our independence, as a reenactment of the declaration of independence obtained in 1943. This is the first flag ever signed by all those who fought for it, the first time where the lebanese were able to govern and maintain their country on their own.
I hope you take a look at the information I have gathered up, and spread the word to all people that are also fed up by what is going on in OUR country. I also hope that this information will make a change, and unify the people of Lebanon into battling the Syrian regime and the pro-syrian governement, thereby making a change on the political scene and finding true independence after the 28 years of domination by the Syrian governement.
